Since this is NY and we have Broadway, this song makes perfect sense. For those not familiar with the arts, when actors go on Broadway they get extra money for their billing (or place their name appears on the billboard). Top Billing means it’s the highest, even above the title of the musical itself and nets you serious cash. If you get top billing, well you’re the shit.

Lot of time the NY guys will chant the NY part and the Jersey bhoyz will chant the jersey part. Mostly we just do both of them anyway.
