First, happy July 4th to everyone out there (especially if you are English). Thanks to the people who have fought and died for our country to make this day possible, and to all of the men and women still serving. About the only person not getting thanks today is MLS, who somehow thinks that us playing in Colorado is the same as the Cowboys playing a home game on Thanksgiving. We’ve been doing this for years and still can’t figure out what crazy glue sniffer thought the best way to honor our country was to have NY play in Denver (seriously, BOSTON wasn’t available?), but, whatever.

If you are in town, and want to hang, we will be doing a match viewing at Nevada Smiths in New York City at 9pm. You may miss the fireworks show by going, but, you’ll also miss 3 million people standing on the West Side Highway peeing into bottles and blowing off their thumbs with fireworks bought on Canal Street.
