We are preparing for the annual election of board members for the ESC. There are two spots on the board open for election this year.

Per the by-laws of the club, all dues-paying members over the age of 18 who have been members for (2) consecutive years are eligible to run. In order to run, you must submit a letter of intent.

To submit a letter of intent, please do so via e-mail (one line is fine) to empiresupportersclub@gmail.com, stating your name, your e-mail address, and that you hereby intend to run for the board of the ESC. That is all.

All letters of intent must be received by 11:59pm ET on December 1, 2010.

In addition, please save the following two dates:

December 12, 2010 ESC Member Meeting; ESC Board elections. Following both events there will be a season ending party. Details to be released later.

January 22, 2011 ESC Annual Membership Drive

Please note that if you intend to run for the board, you are also allowed to submit one page of text which will be distributed to club members, the contents of which are at the sole discretion of the candidate. Should you choose to write one, it must be submitted to the club by 9pm ET on December 11th so that it can be distributed to the members prior to the election. Voting procedures and instructions will be sent to all members the week of December 1st, prior to the December 12th election.
