Default Us Open Cup Match

Hey everyone, I'm throwing this out to you all in hopes of getting some committed people to join me. I want to travel to the Open Cup match in either Baltimore, or Harrisburg, PA.

If you can go respond here, let's see who wants to go.

As the day begins, warriors of The Empire assemble slowly in preparation for the impending battle ahead. A light and jovial mood is present at first, yet fades into a mixture of silence and inner reflection. They prepare for what lies ahead not fully knowing what awaits them. Their future uncertain, determination to see the battle end in their favor becomes the order of the day. The battle will be brief according to the standards of war, and with the soft murmur of the drum they form a skirmish line and march off to make it. Intensity is at it's peak when the warriors stand to create a united front several rows deep, their war cries bellow into the evening and the enemy is caught off guard. They are powerless, and offer little resistence. The soldiers of The Empire fight on into the night for they can taste victory in the air. In the end it is epic, a story shared for ages in a city long engaged in such conflict. The warriors share the moment and congratulations are given amongst them... for they know it was they who swayed the battle in The Empire's favor, and brought victory home to their people.

Never has a city lived up to its nickname less.

There was a thread about this on the "classic" boards, but yeah, I'm down, and if we rock it convoy style, I'll drive.

If those of us going can borrow a drum and a couple banners for the cause, aces.

I still hate your signature. LOL.

I've been holding one of the ESC drums since the US-Argentina match. I don't see why I can't hold it even longer *groan*

As for this trip, it is officially two weeks away.

Shall we decide how we do it?

We doing 1/2 day off work and drive. Are we staying over? Just something we have to figure out soon so the lot of us can take off the requested time.

As for Baltimore, we aren't exactly going within city limits. Besides, it looks like we will be playing at a HS Stadium. This could be funny.
